Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Saw and Spindle Woodworks! We take pride in crafting high-quality, handcrafted wooden gifts, goods, and other products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we're happy to help and we hope we can fix that!

RETURNS

  • You may return items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Any return requests beyond 7 days after delivery are subject to be approved or denied at the sole discretion of Saw and Spindle Woodworks.

  • To be eligible for a full return, the item must be unused and in its original condition unless proof can be provided that it arrived damaged or defective.

  • While the original packaging is preferred, we understand that isn't always the case.

REFUNDS

  • Once we have received your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, or sooner.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item is defective.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at jared@sawandspindlewoodworks.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will do our best to work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for best results, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
