RETURNS

You may return items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Any return requests beyond 7 days after delivery are subject to be approved or denied at the sole discretion of Saw and Spindle Woodworks.

To be eligible for a full return, the item must be unused and in its original condition unless proof can be provided that it arrived damaged or defective.

While the original packaging is preferred, we understand that isn't always the case.
REFUNDS

Once we have received your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, or sooner.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item is defective.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at jared@sawandspindlewoodworks.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will do our best to work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.
